Charitable gaming refers to bingos, raffles, and a variety of other games of chance being conducted for charitable purposes. This guide contains information about charitable gaming in Ohio.

Ohio Bingo License

Organization Age Requirement:

2 years of continuous existence immediately preceeding licensure.

Prize Limits:

The aggregate prize for a bingo session cannot exceed $6,000.

Notes:

Charities may not need a license if they only intend to hold a raffle.
