The Nonprofit Compliance Specialist will facilitate compliance services to nonprofits of all types, sizes, and locations throughout the United States. Within our small-team work environment at Harbor Compliance, the Compliance Specialist will be in a unique position to help both nonprofit founders transform their visions into realities and assist staff members of established organizations achieve better outcomes. Working virtually with our clients in every state, the Nonprofit Compliance Specialist will guide clients throughout the full life-cycle of nonprofit compliance, from formation of 501(c) organizations to nationwide management of state compliance filing requirements. The Nonprofit Compliance Specialist will manage multiple projects at any given time and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be part of a small-team work environment at Harbor Compliance and will have diverse responsibilities and duties. The Inside Sales Account Manager will primarily be responsible for inside sales of professional corporate services. The position will focus on closing new accounts from our inbound lead generation system and providing excellent service to existing accounts to generate additional revenue.
The Inside Sales Account Manager will work on multiple projects and accounts at any given time and must demonstrate a strong ability to multitask while maintaining a close attention to detail. The Filing Support Specialist will prepare corporate filings and licenses for organizations of all types, sizes, and locations throughout the United States. Key performance objectives are completing license applications accurately, completely, and quickly. The Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, tracks, and optimizes our marketing campaigns. This position offers the right candidate a great deal of autonomy and leadership to drive digital marketing, a core part of our rapidly growing business.

The PHP Application Developer is an integral part of programming Harbor Compliance’s web / enterprise application. The ideal candidate would enjoy PHP object-oriented programming and the small team atmosphere of a growing software and services company.
Our application consists of a public website, a Client Dashboard, and an Employee Dashboard. It is custom-built on the CakePHP framework in order to accommodate the business logic complexities of licensing compliance. Experience with an MVC PHP framework is a prerequisite for this position; our team is dedicated to well-structured code.
Day-to-day IT tasks consists of new features, small enhancements, and bug fixes which are all prioritized through our internal ticketing system. You will be working as part of our small in-house IT team.
