Bond Requirements:

A bonding ability statement is required for intermediate and unlimited license applicants. For intermediate license applicants, the statement must verify the applicants ability to furnish a bond for projects greater than $50,000 in value. For unlimited license applicants, the statement must verify the applicants ability to furnish a bond for projects greater than $130,000 in value.

Notes:

Limited licenses allow contractors to work on projects valued at $50,000 or less, intermediate licenses allow contractors to work on projects valued at $130,000 or less, and unlimited licenses allow contractors to work on projects of any value.
