Colorado Collection Agency License

Bond Requirements:

Between $12,000 and $20,000 depending on income.

Notes:

Only the principal place of business needs to be licensed.

  • Business Address
  • Business Name
  • Surety Bond
  • Collection Manager
  • If a corporation or limited liability company, change in ownership of ten or more percent but less than fifty percent of the corporate stock or ownership interest

No form is needed for notifying our office of the above changes. Please email any changes to: car@coag.gov and indicate the date that the change was made.
