Hawaii Exempt Out-of-State Collection Agency Designation

Notes:
Agencies licensed under the laws of a different state may apply for this exemption if they are collecting debts on behalf of an out-of-state creditor, do not solicit or engage in collection activities in Hawaii, and only use interstate communication methods such as mail, phone, or fax.
$25 application fee + $74 if registering in the second half of the biennial license period and $148 if applying during the first half of the biennial license period.
