Penalties:

Penalties commence May 15 with a $500 fee and a second lien against the assets of the business.

Notes:

Only PLLCs offering one of the following restricted professional services need to file an annual registration: Chiropractic, dentistry, law, medicine and surgery, optometry, osteopathic medicine and surgery, podiatric medicine, public accounting, psychology or veterinary medicine.
