Annual and biennial reports are entity information updates typically filed with the Secretary of State. Depending on the state and entity type, report due dates and fees vary. See the table below for information on filing a report in Georgia.

For Corporations:

You may file online or print the Annual Registration Form and mail it in. To print an AR form, login then locate the Business Filing tab in the column titled “Reports" or use the business lookup page.

Annually by April 1. Can be filed as early as January 1.

Law:

Georgia Code § 14-2-1622.

Penalties:

$25 late fee, administrative dissolution.

For Limited Liability Companies:
