Ownership Requirements:
  • A majority of the ownership, in terms of financial interests and voting rights of all partners, shareholders, or members, belongs to a licensed CPA in good standing in some state
  • Such partners, shareholders, or members, whose principal place of business is in Rhode Island and who perform professional services in Rhode Island, are Rhode Island-licensed CPAs in good standing
  • At least one partner, shareholder, or member must be an Oregon-licensed CPA or PA
