Comply with the standards of the TELRR, including EPA and OSHA regulations; notify DSHS of impending abatement projects; supply and train employees in use of PPE and supervise compliance; ensure each employee is certified and has a DSHS ID card & gov't. issued photo.
Conditions/ Restrictions
Cannot do lead risk assessments, lead hazard screens, conduct or design abatements, or interpret results of inspection.
Cannot conduct or design abatements.
Cannot conduct inspections, risk assessments, or lead hazard screens, or prepare a written abatement project design.
Cannot conduct inspections, risk assessments, lead hazard screens, or abatements.
Cannot supervise or design an abatement, nor conduct inspections, risk assessments, or lead hazard screens.
Must ensure that only certified persons perform lead-based paint activities in target housing and child- occupied facilities.
