Agency Fee:	$255 (CAD)
Notes:	A registered agent (called a Power of Attorney in Saskatchewan) with a physical address in Saskatchewan is required unless the entity has a director or an officer with a Saskatchewan address. Name reservation is required prior to filing an Extra Provincial Registration application (unless the foreign entity is a numbered corporation). Names are reserved for 90 days and the fee is $50.
How to Apply:	Reserve the name of the entity Complete an Extra Provincial Business registration
Required Attachments:	Certificate of Status from home state (if incorporation/amalgamation date is greater than 6 months past) List of officers and directors
Certified Copy Requirement:	Certified copies not required.
Certificate of Good Standing Requirement:	Certificate of Good Standing is required.
