Due:	Business Licenses expire annually on December 31. Renewals can begin as early as December 1 and must be submitted by March 31 of the following calendar year.
Required Attachments:	Copy of Signer’s Driver’s license or Passport and Immigration documents if not a US Citizen, I-551, I-1766, Unexpired Foreign Passport, I-94, etc. Businesses that have a state license (including Department of Agriculture Certificates) with an expiration date are required to upload a current copy.
