  • Completed and signed sub-contractor license application
  • Photocopy of current license held in a Mississippi municipality
  • Letter from municipality where licensed (see item 2). Letter must state that the license has been held for a min. of one year and has been in good standing.
  • ($5,000) License Bond. Original copy from insurance company must be provided.
  • Certificate of General Liability Insurance (Minimum $300,000 each occurrence).
  • Photo ID must be presented in person.
