Instructions:	Register an out-of-province corporation
Filing Method:	Filed through a private registry agent (not directly with the government). Find a registry agent.
Agency Fee:	$283.25 (CAD) government fee (registry agent service fee additional)
Notes:	Applications are filed through private registry agents, not directly with the government. Registry agents charge a government fee plus a separate service fee. An agent for service with an Alberta address is required (registered agent equivalent). NUANS name search and reservation required (valid 90 days; report must be less than 91 days old at time of filing). Charter documents must be certified by a company official, notary public, or government official. New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) simplified process applies only to BC, MB, and SK corporations – not US corporations.
