Trader's License Fees:

  • $20 if the value of the applicant's stock-in-trade is not more than $1,000;
  • $40 if the value is more than $1,000 but not more than $5,000;
  • $80 if the value is more than $5,000 but not more than $10,000;
  • $160 if the value is more than $10,000 but not more than $50,000;
  • $375 if the value is more than $50,000 but not more than $100,000;
  • $1,000 if the value is more than $100,000 but not more than $300,000;
  • $1,500 if the value is more than $300,000 but not more than $750,000;
  • $2,125 if the value is more than $750,000.

*The city may alternatively choose to collect a uniform fee of $20.

 

Chain Store License Fees:

Applicants who also need to obtain a Chain Store license must pay an additional fee based on the number of stores operated in the State.

  • $12 for each store for 2 to 5 stores;
  • $50 for each store for 6 to 10 stores;
  • $250 for each store for 11 to 20 stores; or
  • $150 for each store for more than 20 stores.
