Missouri Secretary of State Suspends Business Services

From June 17 to June 23, 2014, the Business Services Division of the Missouri Secretary of State will suspend services for scheduled system maintenance.
Nearly all business services will be unavailable, including business entity search, document filings, and obtaining certified copies and certificates of good standing.
Any documents received by mail will be processed again starting at 8am CST on June 23, 2014.
