The Indiana Secretary of State has released new business registration forms. If you’re registering a domestic or foreign entity in Indiana, you must use the new forms. The state fees have not changed.

The new forms are dated 2014, but are otherwise only slightly different. Nevertheless, Indiana can and most likely will reject any filings not done on the new version. In any state, if a filing gets rejected, you can potentially lose several weeks in making corrections, processing times, and back-and-forth with the state, something your new business can hardly afford.

Download the interactive forms directly from the Indiana Secretary of State’s website, here.

We want your business formation to go smoothly. Always make sure you complete and file the correct forms, or let us prepare your documents for you.
