As of October 6, 2021, Harbor Compliance has acquired Labyrinth, Inc., further expanding our commitment to the nonprofit sector. Labyrinth has been a leading provider of state registrations for charitable organizations for over 32 years. 

This move aligns the leaders in service and technology based on a shared goal: to provide our clients with the best possible service. Labyrinth’s exceptional service model and Harbor Compliance’s technology now form an integrated solution that will further simplify state registrations.

As a client, you will not experience any changes to your team, services, or contract. However, we are immediately adopting many aspects of Labyrinth’s successful service model. For example, we’re introducing an optional document signing service that eliminates the need for your organization to physically sign filings.
