As of October 6, 2021, Harbor Compliance has acquired Labyrinth, Inc., further expanding our commitment to the nonprofit sector. Labyrinth has been a leading provider of state registrations for charitable organizations for over 32 years.

This move aligns the leaders in service and technology based on a shared goal: to provide our clients with the best possible service. Labyrinth’s exceptional service model and Harbor Compliance’s technology now form an integrated solution that will further simplify state registrations.

As a client, you will not experience any changes to your team, services, or contract. However, we are immediately adopting many aspects of Labyrinth’s successful service model. For example, we’re introducing an optional document signing service that eliminates the need for your organization to physically sign filings. The net results of these improvements are more time savings for you, faster processing of your filings, and even better service.

The nonprofit sector benefits from the combined resources, technology, and expertise of both companies. Mike Montali, CEO of Harbor Compliance, stated, “This merger will enable more organizations to maintain compliance while focusing their resources on advancing their missions.”

“As a long-term partner of our clients, we continue to listen and respond to their evolving needs,” stated Brian Tully, President of Harbor Compliance. “We’re excited to keep developing innovative solutions that make compliance accessible to even more organizations.”

We are here to provide outstanding service to your organization. Your feedback is essential to making that happen. If you have any questions, please let us know, either by contacting your compliance team directly or using this link to contact us.
