Notes:
  • Arizona LLCs, corporations, and other entities need not file a trade name registration prior to formation.
  • You do not need to register with both the Corporation Commission and the Secretary of State because names are cross-indexed between the two divisions.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Publication of registration is not required in Arizona.
