If you’re an emerging superstar who wants to propel your career into project management and regulatory expertise, we’re seeking a Filing Support Specialist to join our high-powered client solutions team. The Support Specialist will receive extensive training in each service area of the business, develop a thorough understanding of government applications and processes, and learn to navigate complex regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for supporting a diverse number of client projects, conducting thorough and accurate research, and preparing and submitting license applications accurately, completely, and quickly. The Filing Support Specialist handles multiple projects at any given time and demonstrates a keen ability to move projects forward to completion.
The Filing Support Specialist will have daily exposure to and feedback from senior leadership in addition to working closely with exceptional sales professionals. Outstanding performance in this role places the Filing Support Specialist on the promotion track to Compliance Specialist.

Background in legal, accounting, corporate filings, nonprofit compliance, or business licensing compliance preferred
Customer service or client relations experience a plus
Proficient in Google G Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and online project management software
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
Location and Hours
This is a full-time position at our Lancaster, PA office. Travel is not required. Local candidates are preferred.
