Idaho Charitable Solicitation Registration

Not required

Charitable Registration licensure is not required on the State level in Idaho.

The Idaho Charitable Solicitation Act prohibits false, deceptive, misleading, unfair, or unconscionable acts or practices in conducting charitable solicitation in Idaho. Charitable registration is not part of this law and is not required in Idaho.
The Idaho Telephone Solicitation Act requires registration with the attorney general ten (10) days prior to telephone soliciting.
Some Idaho counties and municipalities may require charities that solicit in-person to register prior to fundraising.
