Insurance Requirements:	General liability insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 is required for a class A or B license. The City of Omaha must be named as the certificate holder on the certificate of insurance.
Bond Requirements:	A $10,000.00 license and permit bond signed by the principal with the City of Omaha named as the obligee is required.
