LANCASTER, Pa. October 22, 2021.

Harbor Compliance has announced the hiring of Shauna DeWolf as a Nonprofit Compliance Specialist. Ms. DeWolf brings three decades of experience in nonprofit compliance and education, most recently as a Program and Compliance Specialist with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection.

Shauna joins our nonprofit team at an exciting time. The recently announced joining of Harbor Compliance and Labyrinth, Inc. has created the largest provider of charitable registration solutions with a goal of making compliance more accessible to the sector.

Shauna will be responsible for leading engagements with client nonprofits, fundraisers, and solicitors. She will ensure that filings are prepared and submitted with the highest standard of quality, while working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.

“As a Compliance Specialist, Shauna exemplifies our brand standard and core values,” stated Jo Diaz, Director of Service for Harbor Compliance. “Her previous tenure with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection will help our clients understand the critical role of state charity officials and why registration is so vital to the sector.”

“Understanding state registration, reporting, disclosure, and governance requirements presents a unique set of challenges for any organization,” said DeWolf. “I look forward to growing at Harbor Compliance while helping nonprofits across the country thrive.”
